Iron Chef Demonstrates Home Cooking

Chef Kimio Nonaga is coming to New York to lead a workshop at the new Japan Culinary Center. Chef Nonaga is the 2002 Iron Chef winner and runs Yukari Restaurant in the Nihonbashi section of Tokyo. I've eaten at his restaurant and it was incredible. At the workshop, he's going to cook four dishes using just a frying pan. I'm really looking forward to this demo.
