Chopsticks on the Go

Harris SalatMarch 12, 2009The Japanese Food Report: Shorts
My wife Momo turned me on to these stainless-steel-and-ash "backpacking chopsticks" made by a company called Snowpeak (scroll down this link and you'll see them). Light, compact and rugged, they're perfect for hot pot around the campfire (I can't seem to get my mind off hot pots, hmm…). But they're great for the city, too -- Momo packs them with the lunch she brings to her studio every day. Check them out.
