Savory Japan

I just got a nice note from Risa Sekiguchi who told me that (a) she just paid a fascinating visit to the remarkable food historian, cook, educator, TV host and master of all things classically Japanese, Mrs. Sachiyo Imai of Kyoto, and (b) launched a new website about Japanese food culture called Savory Japan, which looks really cool!
