Then join us at Kinokuniya books on Tuesday, Oct 27th, as my friend the journalist Keiko Tsuyama moderates a talk with me and Tadashi about writing and producing our hot pot cookbook. We'll talk about why we wrote the book, how we did it, and reveal our "secrets" (okay, just a lot of work, like anything else!).
