The folks from Kyoto's famous Ippodo tea shop are coming to New York to lead a class on Japanese tea. They'll be at Kajitsu, one of my favorite restaurants, on Saturday and Sunday, September 25th and 26th. Click on Kajitsu's website for details. I can't wait.
